Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, SJ Kintz cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, SJ Kintz requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Email the receipt to info@sjkintz.com. SJ Kintz will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, SJ Kintz will send you an address to ship to. Return shipping is at your expense and must include tracking and insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, SJ Kintz will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.

If the art is in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Since each work is a unique piece of art, SJ Kintz does not allow exchanges, only refunds.

Gifts

SJ Kintz strongly recommends that you do NOT give an original piece of art as a gift. Art and its beauty are subjective. Be kind and allow each person to select a piece of art for themselves, so that you know it will be something that works for their decor, life, and personality.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, items can be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Since this is original art, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If you do not, SJ Kintz cannot guarantee receipt or refund of your returned item.
